Meet Deborah

Founder, Same Seed Different Soil LLC.

Deborah Stephenson, a NM state native, gave life to this program through her expertise in coaching others to success and her deep love for New Mexico.

While helping individuals much later in their career journeys, she had the thought, “I wish there was a way to reach young people before they’re decades deep into an unfulfilling career.”

This began to reveal more and more issues with the cycles affecting our youth, but when there wasn’t a clear solution to mending them she created one herself.
